What personal information does NIT Telemed process?

To provide NIT Telemed service, Processes network and usage information including IP addresses for the meeting participants, the user specified Code used to the meeting. In some cases, meeting related content, which may contain personal information, is temporarily stored to enable user functionality in a NIT Telemed video meeting. Examples include:

1. If you use the chat function, chat content is stored during the meeting.
2. If you record a meeting, the recording of the meeting is temporarily stored until it is uploaded to your file hosting service
3. If you livestream your meeting, video content is temporarily stored to buffer the livestream.
4. In addition, users of NIT Telemed have the option of providing name that will be displayed to participants in the meeting.

What rights does NIT Telemed request on the device?

NIT Telemed has requested certain permissions to meeting.

Permissions request:

1. Internet (Wi-Fi or Cellular). Use for send/receive data to meeting server.
2. Camera Use for record video to meeting server.
3. Microphone Use for record audio to meeting server.
